RETURNS FOR B2C ORDERS

For orders placed through our WOWORKS Amazon brand stores, returns will follow Amazon’s standard return policies.

  1. Contact Amazon: Initiate your return through your Amazon account to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase.
  2. Condition of Items: Items must be in new condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  3. Shipping Costs: Refunds are limited to the total amount paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. International Orders: International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes, or fees.

RETURNS FOR B2B ORDERS

  1. Spare Rate or Spare Units: We offer spare units or a spare rate to replace defective quantities for B2B clients.
  2. No Direct Returns: B2B orders do not include direct return services. Terms and conditions will be discussed individually for each B2B order.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

All items purchased from WOWORKS will be replaced at our discretion with the same or a similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase.

  1. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required and must include item(s), price, date of purchase, and seller.
  2. Shipping Responsibility: Customers outside of the US will be responsible for shipping the defective unit back.
  3. Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. The warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to any non-WOWORKS product used in connection with the product.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WOWORKS will not be liable for any misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, or damage caused by accident or abuse of the product.
